| Pricing | Due
to the numerous variables involved in pricing, number of guests, number
of nights reserved and time of year we do not include a price list. Please complete the booking request form. We will then contact you directly with availability and costings and details of any other requested information. |

| Rates include | Electricity,
water and gas consumption, bed and kitchen linen, beach towels for
12 peoples, staff (maid service 6 hours per day for 6 days per week,
gardener, pool, cleaner and water test every day except on sundays,
club marina piccola free entrance for 8 people (opening period 01/06
- 10/09). The bed sheets are changed 2-3 times per week, and the towels are usually changed daily. To help conserve water and protect the environment from detergent pollution, we ask guests to re-use towels a second day whenever possible. |

| Cancellation Policy | Cancellations occurring:
¬ 91 days or more prior to date of arrival = 20% cancellation fee. ¬ 61-90 days prior to date of arrival = 50% cancellation fee. ¬ 60 days or less prior to date of arrival = 100% cancellation fee. |
